Has anyone read her stuff? Is it any good? I'm thinking of reading "The Lion of Ireland". I don't know why I love reading about Ireland,
Scotland and England. I don't have any ancestry there, I've never been there...maybe in a past life?

Not bad, she does Ireland very well. I'm not sure with her name why she doesn't do more with Wales.

Ever have that happen where you read a book and would recommend it, but suddenly the name of the book and the author have completely slipped your mind? Yeah,
that just happened to me. I read a pretty good book (not by Rosamunde Pilcher, who I also like) about Ireland. I'll see if I can remember either name soon.
They're sort of modern day, but still good. If you're in the mood for some DTBs, try the Williamsburg series by Elswyth Thane. Or The Tudor Wench,
ditto. I love Queen Elizabeth books.

Oh, I love Queen Elizabeth books too. I hope you remember soon, because now you have me wondering.

Queen's Folly by Elswyth Thane is good too. Queen Elizabeth is not really the entire focus of the book, but she plays an integral part in the plot.
You might also like Legend in Green Velvet by Elizabeth Peters. Lots of Scottish history in that one.
